A tyrolean dance arrived in the southwestern part of Córdoba and the tradition has been passed down from parents to children. “The Dance of the Crazy People” consists of a dance to protect the crazy woman, who represents innocence by the six crazy men who are dressed in white suits.
The whole day all the brotherhoods dance incessantly under orders of the “captain of swords” and guarded by six shot gunners that surround the crazy ones and fire shots to begin and end the dance.
